Rural communities are often the most vulnerable to natural disasters due to limited public services and longer emergency response times. In Vălcani and Novi Kneževac border region, where professional firefighters need time to reach an emergency, every second counts!

✅ Equipping local disaster management units with essential tools;
✅ Training firefighters and volunteers to act swiftly and efficiently;
✅ Raising awareness among residents, especially elderly people and children;
✅ Developing a joint action plan to enhance climate change adaptation.
