Honey products will be tested in a new laboratory at the King Michael I University of Life Sciences in Timisoara, Faculty of Bioengineering of Animal Resources, to ensure high standards and real health benefits.

The project partners are South Banat Regional Development Agency, King Michael I University of Life Sciences, Timis & Caras-Severin Beekeepers’ Associations.
All with the help of this new cross-border cooperation project ”Promotion of eco – and health – tourism through Banat’s honey route” RORS00240, in short Banat Honey Route, with a total budget of €809.584,82.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg IPA Romania-Serbia Programme.
