On the 23rd of June 2026 we hosted a training session for the project partners from the Second Call of the Interreg IPA Romania-Serbia Programme!
It was wonderful to welcome the teams of the 5 contracted projects to the ROCBC Timișoara Council Room. We had a really productive day exploring some of the most important parts of project management, including:
- Reporting rules for lead partners and project partners.
- Communication guidelines to help everyone share their project’s success and maintain visibility.
- Procurement rules and responsibilities.
A huge thank you to all the project managers, communication officers, accountants and reporting staff who joined us and contributed to the great discussions, in a hybrid format.
