We’re kicking off a new adventure: Cycling along Iron Curtain Trail – EuroVelo 13 in Banat!

✅ New signposting, information boards & rest areas
✅ Cycle counters to monitor traffic & plan future investments
✅ 5 brand-new cycling circuits as part of the Tour de Banat network previously funded by the European Union
✅ A thematic route telling the story of the Iron Curtain
✅ An educational trail about the history & ecosystem of the Bega Canal
✅ Community events, youth activities & local tourism promotion

With a total value of €792,471.36 invested through the Interreg IPA Romania-Serbia Programme, this project will connect communities, boost local tourism, and make Banat a must-visit cycling destination.
