We would like to remind all potential applicants that the second call for project proposals is entering its final stage for submitting concept notes. This call follows a two-step application process. At this point, only the concept note must be submitted — no additional supporting documents are required.

📅 The deadline for submitting concept notes is May 23, 2025, at 16:00 (RO time).

📩 Applications must be sent to both of the following email addresses, as specified in the Applicant’s Guide:

👉 romania-serbia@mdlpa.gov.ro

Please remember: only concepts notes selected by the Programme Monitoring Committee will be invited to proceed to the second step – the submission of the full application form.
