The Monitoring Committee of the Interreg IPA Romania-Serbia Programme has approved the extension of the deadline for submitting the concept notes under the second call for project proposals.

New deadline: 23 May 2025

This extension provides an excellent opportunity for potential beneficiaries to prepare stronger, more impactful project proposals. These proposals will support renewable energy and energy efficiency along the Romanian-Serbian border, in line with the European Union’s strategic objective of building a “greener Europe” with lower carbon emissions, by promoting the transition to clean and secure energy, green investments, climate change adaptation, and risk prevention and management.

With a total budget of €10.3 million — including €8.8 million in IPA funds — the second call for project proposals promotes cross-border investments in sustainable development across the Romania-Serbia area. 🌿🌍
