For the purpose of designing the 2021-2027 Interreg IPA CBC Romania-Serbia Programme and establishing the thematic priorities most relevant for the programme area, you are invited to submit by March 1st 2020 the following concept notes:
All the concept notes received will be discussed in the Joint Working Group for Programming, so that at the end of the programming process, based on the priorities selected for the Programme and their corresponding budget, there will be an agreement on the final list of Projects of Strategic Importance that will be included in the Programme and on the list of Large Infrastructure Projects that will be submitted to the European Commission at a later stage.
